Terms of Service

Texas Scoop Rangers, LLC — Residential Service Terms

Effective: October 13, 2026

1. Services and Scheduling

Texas Scoop Rangers, LLC ("TSR") provides pet waste removal and related services at the service address provided by the customer. Services are performed at the selected frequency or on a one-time basis, as confirmed by TSR. Scheduled dates and arrival times may vary due to routing, weather, holidays, or operational needs. TSR will communicate material schedule changes.

2. Property Access and Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to provide safe, unobstructed access to all designated service areas, including functioning gates and any necessary access instructions. The customer must notify TSR of changes to gate codes, locks, pets, property conditions, or service areas.

Customers are responsible for identifying hazards such as holes, damaged gates, exposed wiring, sharp objects, unsafe surfaces, or other conditions that may affect service. TSR may decline or postpone work when access or conditions are unsafe.

If TSR arrives for a scheduled visit but cannot perform the service because of an access issue or unsafe condition within the customer's control, the visit may remain billable.

3. Pets and Safety

The customer must disclose the number of dogs and notify TSR of any changes. Customers must also disclose any known aggressive behavior or safety concerns.

Dogs must be secured indoors or in a separate area whenever necessary for safe service. TSR may suspend a visit if an animal presents a safety risk. Customers remain responsible for their pets and for providing accurate safety information.

TSR will make reasonable efforts to close and secure gates after service. Customers should independently verify gates and other access points before allowing pets outside.

4. Pricing and Additional Cleanup

Quoted prices are based on the information provided during signup, the selected service frequency, the number of dogs, designated service areas, and normal yard conditions.

Initial cleanups, excessive waste accumulation, unusually large areas, difficult access, or other conditions requiring additional labor may result in an additional charge. TSR will communicate the proposed adjustment and obtain customer approval before performing work at the adjusted price.

Applicable sales tax is additional and will be calculated according to the service location and applicable tax requirements.

5. Billing and Payment

Customers agree to pay the rates and charges confirmed for their service. Recurring services are billed in advance according to the agreed prepaid billing schedule and payment terms. Payment must be received before scheduled service is performed.

Customers selecting automatic card payments authorize TSR and its payment processor to charge the authorized payment method for recurring service charges, applicable taxes, and any additional charges approved by the customer under the disclosed billing arrangement. Customers selecting another approved payment method must pay invoices by their stated due dates.

Any disputed charge should be reported promptly to TSR for review. Unpaid balances may result in suspension of future service after notice.

6. Pauses, Skipped Visits, and Cancellation

Customers may request to pause, skip, reschedule, or cancel recurring service by notifying TSR through the client portal, email, or phone at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit.

Requests received with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the scheduled visit remaining billable if TSR is unable to adjust the route or schedule. TSR may waive the charge at its discretion.

Recurring service continues at the agreed frequency until canceled. Customers are responsible for charges incurred before the effective cancellation date. A one-time cleanup does not enroll the customer in recurring service.

If service is paused or skipped long enough for substantial waste to accumulate, a return or initial-cleanup charge may apply. TSR will disclose and obtain approval for any additional charge before performing the work.

7. Weather and Service Interruptions

Severe weather, flooding, lightning, extreme conditions, or other safety concerns may require TSR to postpone service. TSR will make reasonable efforts to notify customers and reschedule service when conditions permit.

A weather-related postponement initiated by TSR is not treated as a customer cancellation. TSR will make reasonable efforts to complete the missed service as soon as conditions and routing permit. If TSR is unable to provide the service within a reasonable period, TSR will communicate any applicable service adjustment or credit to the customer.

8. Service Scope and Limitations

TSR will make reasonable efforts to remove visible and accessible pet waste from the designated areas. Complete removal cannot be guaranteed where waste is concealed by tall grass, leaves, debris, landscaping, standing water, excessive accumulation, or inaccessible areas. Customers are responsible for maintaining service areas in a condition that allows reasonable access and visibility for cleanup.

Unless expressly included in the purchased service, TSR does not provide landscaping, repairs, pest control, or comprehensive disinfection. Optional deodorizing or sanitizing treatments are limited to their stated scope.

9. Property Damage and Concerns

Customers should report any service-related concern promptly, preferably with photographs and relevant details, so TSR can investigate and respond.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility for a particular incident will depend on the facts and applicable law.

10. Pricing Changes and Termination

TSR will provide at least 14 days' advance notice of changes to recurring service rates, except for changes requested by the customer or separately approved additional work. Customers may cancel future service before a new recurring rate takes effect.

Either party may terminate recurring service by providing notice. TSR may suspend or discontinue service for nonpayment, unsafe conditions, repeated access issues, or material violations of these terms. Charges for services already performed remain payable.

11. Communication and Acceptance

Customers agree to provide accurate contact information and keep it current. Service-related notices may be delivered through the client portal, email, phone, or text according to the customer's communication preferences and applicable requirements. Consent to receive service-related communications does not constitute consent to receive marketing or promotional communications. Any marketing communications will be subject to the customer's separate consent and applicable requirements.

By submitting a service request and accepting these terms, the customer acknowledges the selected service, pricing, billing arrangement, and responsibilities described above.
